Each month our FYI newsletter includes answers to common business questions sent in by our readers. Answers are generated by NAWBO members from our chapter as well as from the 80 other chapters and 9,000 members nationwide.
Questions accepted for submission must relate to a business topic, such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Accounting, Planning, Branding, etc.

The NAWBO® Speakers Bureau is an exclusive benefit for NAWBO®members and provides
an outstanding opportunity for members to gain exposure to a wide variety
of audiences. A dynamic network of presenters and trainers, Bureau members
are high-quality, experienced, inspirational speakers on their chosen subject
matter. Each member is equipped to accept speaking engagements with
other Chapters and outside organizations seeking expert women entrepreneurs
for events and fundraisers. Topics can cover a wide range of areas,
including Starting a Business, Business Growth Issues, Inspirational/
Motivational Presentations, Stress Management, Leadership Training,
Strategic Planning, E-Commerce, Advertising and Public Relations,
Networking and Sales Skills, etc. Speaking at local Chapter events is an
excellent way to get exposure to Board members who select speakers for

The January 9th event was by-invitation only. About 25 NAWBO®members were invited to attend the
